The Trust for Community Outreach and Education (TCOE) was established in 1983. We are a national organisation that supports local movements, associations, forums, and labour organisations in rural and peri-urban areas. These include smallholder producers, farmworkers and dwellers, small-scale fishers, women, and youth. Our work is grounded in solidarity, autonomy, and the belief that transformation must be led by those who live the crisis.
