The Case of the Addo Children: October 2015
In October 2015, the Khanyisa Education and Developement Trust started a process of documenting rural struggles that were coordinated and waged by the Makukhanye Rural Movement.
This booklet is about Makukhanye’s struggle for preventing the further death of children and people in the Kwanomathamsanqa Canal in Addo, after 15 children and three adults died as the result of being drowned (in the case of children) and dumped (in the case of the adults).
